McKellar resident David Moore has expressed concern over perceived flaws and speedy adoption by Township Council of By-law No. 2011-24 -- a by-law to establish procedures for the sale of municipal property.  "Read More" to view the letter Mr. Moore sent to Council detailing his concerns.  MLCA has requested a response from Council, which we hope to receive following the Council meeting on January 23rd.  Given the significance of this by-law, should residents have been given an opportunity to review and comment on the draft before the resolution was adopted?   Should you wish to comment on the issue, please send an email to MLCA at admin@mlca [...]
